I’m thrilled to introduce you to a new Bodyballet workout designed specifically for prenatal health.
Bodyballet Prenatal keep you active during pregnancy, toning your muscles in harmony with the body’s transformation.
The classes also help increase the body’s flexibility during the nine months, preparing those special muscle groups such as the back and the legs that are so important going forward into childbirth and postnatal care.
An emphasis of the course will be in aiding you to find both your physical and emotional balance amidst the testing hormal changes that occur through pregnancy.
Bodyballet Prenatal is not designed to replace a specifically prepared class in baby birth, but rather to complement it, ensuring a more well-rounded, better-prepared approach to childbirth.
